Nuestra CDC with the assistance from the Community Advisory Committee, MASS Design + IBI Placemaking went out to bid for general contractors to begin Phase 1.

2021

MASS Design + IBI Placemaking continued to design with the Oasis Community Advisory Committee. Two phases for the project were established - Phase 1: Infrastructure, Phase 2: Gallery and Art.  Construction drawings are in production for public bid for Phase 1 and will begin construction in 2021.  Design reflects the Community Advisory Committee mission and vision for the project.

2020

Nuestra CDC received funding to resume the design of Oasis @ Bartlett with MASS Design + IBI Placemaking.

2019

Nuestra CDC applied for funding and helped organize an arts festival.

2018

Nuestra CDC worked with community members, MASS Design and IBI Placemaking to produce a conceptual design.
